Returns & Exchange Policy

At Srusha Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We only accept returns or exchanges in case:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect found

Important Notes

• Product opening video is mandatory for claiming damaged or wrong products.
• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Color expectation differences due to screen resolution
• Size-related issues
• Personal dislikes after delivery

Refunds are not applicable once the order is successfully delivered unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Exchange Process

Approved cases will be eligible for:

• Replacement Product
  OR
• Store Credit (if replacement unavailable)
